A Snapshot Of Strength

Our neighbors are more than mere acquaintances or contacts. Neighbors shape our surroundings and strengthen our community. At SillyShotz Photobooth, we’re known for helping our clients build memories while maintaining a “focus” on community.

Each year, we are honored to donate photo booths to special organizations and fundraising events that help to make our communities a special place to live, work, and play.

Four times per year, we donate photo booths to DC Candlelighters http://www.dccandlelighters.org/, an all-volunteer organization that provides emotional, educational, practical and financial support to families of children fighting cancer throughout the Washington DC Metro Area. Because DC Candlelighters’ services are provided at no cost to families, they rely exclusively upon the private donations of foundations, corporations, individuals, and small businesses such as SillyShotz.

We are also honored to support the MaDee Project, http://wwwthemadeeproject.com, a nonprofit program providing support to pediatric cancer patients and their families throughout the Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro regions of Virginia. The Project also supports funding national research in hopes of preventing pediatric cancer from affecting any other children and ultimately, to find a cure for this disease.

We also proudly support Best Buddies, https://www.bestbuddies.org/,  an international nonprofit working to establish a global volunteer movement for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as autism and Down syndrome.

Throughout the Northern Virginia area, The Joey Pizzano Memorial Fund, https://jpmf.org/,  is an organization that is working to improve the lives of children with special needs and their families by providing funding and equipment for unique water safety programs. At SillyShotz, we are honored to support this nonprofit and appreciate partnering with their mission.

The generosity and tenacity of our neighbors continue with programs like the Richmond Animal League, www.ral.org,  the area’s oldest no-kill shelter, and the Silver Lining Blood Drive, Facebook/SilverLiningBloodDrive,  a community-wide program honoring a Charlottesville wife and mother that brings added awareness to the critical need for blood donations.

Our good neighbors are all around us – represented in programs such as the YMCA, www.waynesboroymca.com ,  and local school fundraising programs including the Falls Church Public Schools Annual Fundraiser, www.fcedf.org, – with parents, students, educators, and community leaders working together to strengthen the world around us.

We believe in the work that these organizations and programs are doing throughout our communities, and we understand the unique challenges that these special non-profits face as they continuously work to secure the funding that’s required to maintain the services that they provide.

By offering donated – or significantly discounted – photo booths, we are able to do our part to bring a bit of joy, awareness, and memory-making fun to the events and programs that are truly making a difference in all of our lives.

From all of us at SillyShotz Photobooth, we would like to thank all of our clients for supporting our small business. When you choose SillyShotz for your events, you’re helping to enable us to do what we love – help you to have an amazing time filled with fun and memories – and to give back to our community by supporting these special programs and organizations.

To the leaders of these special service providers, we offer our sincerest gratitude for all of the hard work that you do every day to bring a few more smiles to those around us.

After all, what’s a photo without a smile?
