Even though we sell Two, Three, And Four-hour packages you can purchase any time frame that you would like. If 2.5 hours works out the best, we will definitely quote you a price for 2.5 hours! We do ask you think about your event and exactly how you would like to use your rental time, especially where weddings are concerned. Give us a call and we will help you Fine-Tune your scheduling!
Unlike most other photo booth companies, if you have an emergency and need to cancel with 24 hours or greater notice, we are open to rescheduling your booth rental. There is a $75 rescheduling fee if under 24 hours, but you don’t lose any of your money already invested. If the reschedule date is already booked, no worries, your booking options are safe for up to one year.
We have found that to determine how many hours are efficient for your booth rental are dependent on how many people are expected to your attend your event. Please use the following as a guide and that downtime hours or half hours can be added to help maximize peak usage times at your event.
1-120 People: 2 Hours
120-200 People: 3 Hours
200+ People: 4+ Hours
Excellent question! The best place for the photo booth is where there will be a lot of foot traffic. You want your guests to engage with and experience the booth! After all who doesn’t love free memories! We recommend that the booth is placed in an air-conditioned area and please note the booth operates at temperatures of 20+ degrees hotter than ambient temperatures. That being said, if you’d like an outdoor booth, it is possible the computer running the booth may overheat and turn off. If it is raining, we will not provide an outdoor booth. This is to protect our equipment and your investment. Finally, if temperatures outside are lower than 55 degrees, we require the booth to be placed indoors.
You absolutely may. Even though tipping is never expected nor mandatory showing your appreciation with a tip is always welcome. On the other hand should there ever be any concerns with anything please let either our attendant know or please give us a call!
